From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hello and welcome to Wikipedia!
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- If you haven't already, please add your name to the new user log to let others know a little about yourself.
- Read the Tutorial, and feel free to experiment in the Sandbox.
- Eventually, you might want to read the Manual of Style and Policies and Guidelines.
- If you need help, post a question at the Help Desk or ask me on my talk page.
- Explore, be bold in editing pages, and, most importantly, have fun!
Good luck!

P.S. One last helpful hint. To sign your posts like I did above (on talk pages, for example) use the '~' symbol. To insert just your name, type ~~~ (3 tildes), or, to insert your name and timestamp, use ~~~~ (4 tildes).

Could you provide sources/citations for the "unreleased tracks" section? Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 10:47, 18 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- It came from the article Gwen Stefani, where it should probably be deleted from. I will look for references for the "unreleased tracks" and edit the section appropriately. Dkie 01:22, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Irish Times image
Hey, for some reason the new Irish Times page image you uploaded isn't working. Maybe it is our damned system that is doing strange things right now. I've put back in the old one until we can get the new one up and running. FearÉIREANN 00:18, 28 November 2005 (UTC)
I still can't the image to show. I've cleared the cache, and done other things but still no show. The message on the screen says that the file has errors and cannot be displayed. It may be being displayed by your cache and that is why you are seeing it. (That has happened to me on occasion. I couldn't understand my what I saw was not being seen by other people. My screen was showing what was in my cache, not what was on the screen for everyone else. That particularly happens if you are the original downloader of the image. I had a row with someone recently who screamed about how an image was outrageously POV. I told him it wasn't. It turned out I was seeing the original image that I had downloaded. I was not seeing a replacement vandalistic download that had replaced it under the same name. FearÉIREANN 04:28, 29 November 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Untagged image
An image you uploaded, Image:StMichaelsCollegeCrest.jpg, was tagged with the {{coatofarms}} copyright tag. This tag was deleted because it does not actually specify the copyright status of the image. The image may need a more accurate copyright tag, or it may need to be deleted. If the image portrays a seal or emblem, it should be tagged as {{seal}}. If you have any questions, ask them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. -- 13:41, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
