[edit] What about Mario vs. Donkey Kong?

"It is the first Donkey Kong game for the Game Boy Advance that is not a port of one of the Super Nintendo games."

O rly? --Damian Yerrick 06:49, 11 December 2005 (UTC)

I know this little comment is months old, but anyway...Mario VS. DK is a Mario game. Not a DK game.--70.160.205.82 15:09, 24 June 2006 (UTC)

Well, despite the fact that Donkey Kong IS a primary character in that game, you're also forgetting the Classic NES series from which Donkey Kong was a game released. They were all released in 2004, which was a year or so before this game. So technically it still is innacurate, unless you want to tell us that Donkey Kong is a 'Jumpman' game... --Thaddius 21:23, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
Except that game is also a port.

[edit] Citing sources

Noticed a few [citation needed] in Reception. I can provide a few sources:

Some of that info was from fan reviews and forums as well; I dunno if those counts as sources. --Covenant Elite 06:51, 16 July 2006 (UTC)

Could somebody please cite a source for when anybody praised DK: King of Swing for being more like Donkey Kong Country than Donkey Kong Jubgle Beat? Because that sentence and that whole section just reeks of weasel words.
Woah woah, slow down weasel-man. What's a Jubgle? Oh god, did DK become a jerk again and felt that he wanted to be the Jubgle king too? Curse you Nintendo Tokyo!

Uh... the DKvine. You know, where REAL DK fans are!

Ever since I stumbled upon the Donkey Kong Jungle Beat page I've discovered these other pages with strong, unsourced statements regarding the reception of the game. 'Reception' should be based upon either reviews from websites such as those mentioned above (IGN, Gamespot) which are large and mainstream, mainstream magazines, or game sales, and not on what people say on forums. [edit] Erm

DK:King of Swing redirects to a nonexistent page called king of swing on the German Wikipedia. Why is that? —Darklinkskywalker|Talk_|i did this stuff_ 00:10, 25 September 2006 (UTC)

Nevermind, I just figured it out. —Darklinkskywalker|Talk_|i did this stuff_ 00:11, 25 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Name Change

How about changing the name of the article to DK King of Swing? Cipher (Yell) 19:43, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
