[edit] Barnstar

Looks like you've been pretty quiet here judging by the talk page, but I have definitely seen your name crop up in my watchlist

[edit] About another former BMX star turned Mountain Biker

Hi DJharrity! Glad to see someone else contributing! I of course notice your contributions to the "Tinker Juarez" article. Nice! I like to ask you about another great BMXer who turned to MTB at the end of his BMX career Pete Loncarevich. Can you fill in anything about the MTB career of his? I have been searching the net but I am coming up with little. If you can help there many thanks!Hunter2005 10:10, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] 1996 Tour de France

I was curious where you found the results you added to the 1996 Tour de France page, perhaps they have other results there we could use to fill out other Tour years, thanks for your help! --Fxer 18:54, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] 1998 Vuelta a España

Hello. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia in multiple languages, this being the English version. Please do not add content in other languages here unless it directly relates to the article; that is, the information cannot be explained in English alone. You can use interlanguage links to find the same article in a language you are more familiar with, or find the Wikipedia in that language on the master list. Thank you. Fcsuper 03:09, 13 May 2007 (UTC)

The article is 1998 Vuelta a España. Sorry about being sloppy on tagging. I just never run across a non-english article in the english wikipedia. Don't know the correct tags. I mistagged the article too, as you will see. :) Fcsuper 03:15, 13 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] DC Meetup notice

Greetings. There is going to be a Washington DC Wikipedia meetup on next Saturday, July 21st at 5pm in DC. Since you are listed in Category:Wikipedians_in_Maryland, I thought I'd invite you to come. I'm sorry about the short notice for the meeting. Hopefully we'll do somewhat better in that regard next time. If you can't come but want to make sure that you are informed of future meetings be sure to list yourself under "but let me know about future events", and if you don't want to get any future direct notices \(like this one\), you can list yourself under "I'm not interested in attending any others either" on the DC meetup page.--Gmaxwell 00:26, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Paris-Tours

Do you have the material to fill in the article right now? I'll restore. Otherwise, someone would just delete it again, so the thing to do is to fill it in off-line, and then just make a new page when its complete. It may well hold up--but if filled in, it should certainly at least pass speedy. You do not need permission to reinstate an improved article. DGG (talk) 15:51, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image source problem with Image:Navy-e.jpg

Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:Navy-e.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 18:22, 16 October 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. —Angr 18:22, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
