Hi, the recent edit you made to Haiti has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. [edit] ZOUK
I AM NOT VANDILIZING YOUR PAGE.. I AM SIMPLY CREDITING ZOUK.. THE ZOUK RYTHM THAT IS USED IN FUNANA TODAY IS BECAUSE OF ZOUK.. ORIGINAL FUNANA UTILIZED THE BATUKU RYTHMS!!!!!!!Dj iET (talk) 16:24, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Funaná
Please, stop vandalizing the page about funaná. The funaná has nothing to do with zouk. Where did you hear that? What are your sources? If you insist, I will be compelled to report you. Ten Islands (talk) 15:21, 25 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Demographics
Although Haiti is a largely black nation, there is a sizable presence of middle easterners, whites, and chinese like every other country in the Caribbean. Although it is true that some Haitians may have Taino ancestry, it is only assumed as there haven't been any statistical studies and factual evidence to affirm this. Therefore the number of those that have Taino blood (marabou) is unknown and cannot be verified. I believe you can say that "An unknown number of Afro-Haitians are assumed to have a small amount of Taino ancestry as well." Spyder00Boi (talk) 19:25, 30 April 2008 (UTC) --MAY 06 2008-- I AGREE. NOW LET ME ASK YOU ON ANOTHER TOPIC. YOU ARE HAITIANS OF SYRIAN ANCESTRY. CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT THAT. FOR EXAMPLE WHERE ARE MOST HAITIANS (OF MIDDLE EASTERN DESCENT) CONCENTRATED IN HAITI?
