Due to the digital nature of the recording process, crowd noise does not need to be edited out. Neither of which is true about turntables. Cartriges pick up crowd noise quite well if the said crowd is shouting on the top if its lungs near the booth. Removing the phrase. Rootless 13:44, 9 September 2006 (UTC)

Suggest changing obvious DJ Mix CD (Global Underground, etc) where it says Remix Album or Compilation Album to Mix Album as Remix Album implies that the DJ featured remixed the tracks (which is in most cases not true) and Compilation Album suggests that it is just a compilation of tracks, not mixed.
