"I used to work for a band – a great band - that just couldn’t make magic in the studio." per this column. Digging through a bunch of links I haven't seen any other mention though. Benjiboi 22:01, 4 January 2008 (UTC)

this might answer that "D.J. Puss Puss, AKA LeRoy and his merry band of Phuture primatives" although it's more of a lead than a confirmation. Benjiboi 06:34, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
