This image is being used under claim of Fair Use on the Wikipedia page titled "DivX, Inc." The image is the logo of the company DivX, Inc. A single use of a low-resolution version of a company's logo on a Wikipedia page about the company qualifies as a Fair Use. The source of the image is the DivX, Inc. webpage, althout the image has been converted from a .gif file to a .svg file.
