In 2006, Division No. 13 had a population of 66,972 living in 31,101 dwellings, a 4.7% increase from 2001. The Census division has a land area of 24,373.37 km² (9,410.6 sq mi) and a population density of 2.7 inhabitants per square kilometer.[1]
