The article as it was created has a large amount of text taken directly from this page, which has a copyright notice and 'all rights reserved' at the bottom. I've stubbed the article, and am leaving a note with the creator to come up with some good sources to start over with; I'll help out as much as I can to keep the concerns about WP:COI down.
