[edit] ECG
Thanks for uploading Image:12 Lead EKG ST Elevation tracing only.jpg to commons. For the non-initiated (i.e. most lay readers) it would be quite helpful to have some form of annotation. I would suggest uploading a version with red arrows pointing out that the ST segment is significantly above the isoelectric line, and possibly another kind of marker to demonstrate the inferior lead reciprocal changes. - Added color to the picture to show what you suggested, even used color that is color-blind friendly. Let me know if I should change anything else. If you have time, let me know if I should change any of the other pictures I uploaded. Thanks for the tips. Displaced (talk) 23:22, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
That's absolutely brilliant! The only thing is... the names of the leads are printed rather small... but that's not a big problem. Which other images have you got available? I've seen the SVT rhythm strip, which is very good (and needs no modifications). JFW | T@lk 05:28, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
- I have one in Torsades which is kind of ugly since I was not able to keep the original strip, I had to make a copy. The patients doctor wanted to hold on to it for teaching and because it was rare. Plus the story behind it was interesting and had a happy ending. I still have a couple more I need to upload, including LBBB/RBBB and a few others I can not remember at the moment.
