Template talk:Disputeabout

[edit] Proposal
I propose a new box Template:Disputeabout, where a brief message about the topic of the dispute can be added. Often, long articles are tagged as disputed, just because one subtopic is disputed. A brief message about the nature of the dispute would greatly help the casual user. E.g. {{Disputeabout|the number of deaths}} would look like
The factual accuracy of part of this article is disputed. The dispute is about the number of deaths.
Please see the relevant discussion on the talk page before making changes. |

- Good idea, but it should be "the factual accuracy of part of this article". Rd232 10:42, 29 Jan 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Looks strange
Why is everything on the Template page, including the instructions, included in articles, too (e.g. Operation Sundevil)? –Mysid(t) 10:59, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
