Please remember these guidelines when editing a film article:
- If a non-film article already exists with the name of the film that you are trying to create an article for, disambiguate and use (film) in the title: Film Title (film)
- When writing an article about a particular film, the general format should be a concise lead section, followed by a plot summary of no more than 900 words, production details, a cast list, a reception section, and references.
- Create an Infobox that tells all pertinent information about the film.

[edit] Rivals and friends.
Can we disscuss this? I think a disscussion is needed. For example, the fact that Glomgold is McDuck's rival is confirmed. But I think rival should be changed to something else though. Aladdin isn't exactly a rival of Jafar. I wanna re-add this, maybe it isn't possible, maybe it is. But can we disscuss this? TheBlazikenMaster 14:21, 22 May 2007 (UTC)
- It's a ridiculous hodgepodge of pointless and trivial information from multiple works of fiction that don't follow any sense of continuity. We're supposed to be an professional encyclopedia, not a fansite that badly categorizes all fictional relationships into two types. Work on the actual prose of the article instead of dumping trivia into an infobox. ' 15:31, 22 May 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, that's reasonable enough. But I will help you keep an eye on this template. To make sure the infoboxes won't get too big. Besides friends and enemies should be mentioned inside the article. Not in the infobox. TheBlazikenMaster 15:42, 22 May 2007 (UTC)

- I'm glad the rival/friends thing was removed. It is almost entirely OR. However, is any effort being made to clean up the templates where it was already listed? I'm still running into articles with the options, which is encouraging people to continue to add to the lists. I've removed them in articles I've come across, but I think it would be good if others were making a more concerted effort to do so. (also, why is this template in the Film project rather than the Disney project?) Collectonian (talk) 07:40, 26 December 2007 (UTC)
- Because a lot of those characters (like Jafar) are movie characters. But I agree that it shouldn't be there. But I'm not removing the template, because I think WP:CONS should apply. TheBlazikenMaster (talk) 21:22, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
