This isn't really accurate. No one refers to these areas as districts; the proper term is "estates", and there are many more than what is depicted here.

The United States Government refers to them as districts and sub-districts. Check the Census Bureau statistics and facts. And if you have any resource that says otherwise, I would definitely be interested to see it - do you have a web link or map? Thanks. Rarelibra 06:42, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
