[edit] Scope

I have copied this text to the main article Postage stamps and postal history of Mexico as that article, when complete, should cover the district overprints in at least this detail. I am leaving this article hopefully to be expanded to cover the district overprints in greater detail. Ecphora (talk) 09:28, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
