[edit] Images

The pictures of the Blu-ray and Red Ransberg Lightning McQueens got marked for speedy deletion due to not satisfying the copyrighted image standard. Those were Mattel promotional images, so I just went ahead and got rid of them. The lead image of the McQueen die-cast in its package is possibly okay, though. 74.74.65.213 (talk) 13:39, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

  • Oh! Thanks Who Ever You Are, I Didn't Know What Would Happen, I Just Wanted To Put Pictures Of Them On There, Thanks! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lightningleakless (talkcontribs) 07:20, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
    • It's me tuatara1 from the message board, my friend. You know I just want the lists to be as accurate as possible! 74.74.65.213 (talk) 15:04, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
  • Hey guys! It's me Lightning Storm McQueen from Cars The Toys! It's great that we can all try to make this article even better! Also, tuatara1 why did you keep editing the external links I put on? You put 'Overly detailed explanation of links not needed.' Lightning Storm McQueen (talk) 15:54, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
    • Yes, I did write that. I don't think, as an encyclopedia, this page needs to explain details such as Cars - The Toys and the Cars Drive In Gallery being partner sites. That's not really relevant to the information on this page, you know? I'm just trying to do my part to make this page as professional as possible, to bring it as close as we can to meeting proper Wikipedia standards (which most Wiki pages don't really meet). I hope I'm not offending you or Lightningleakless with the modifications I've made, but I just want this article to be as successful as it can be. 74.74.65.213 (talk) 15:35, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
      • And just to follow up on that point, I took out the image of Chuki, because it has a watermark on the corner of the image. Also, I removed the "Next month's releases" section, since it's not absolutely certain that those cars will be out in May...it won't technically be certain until they're actually in stores. Also, Mattel never actually announced them. Sellers have listed them for upcoming case assortments, and that's always subject to change. The only upcoming car that Mattel has actually announced is Lightning Storm McQueen for Comic-Con this summer. 74.74.65.213 (talk) 15:35, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
    • Thanks for doing so much on here! Cars that haven't been released yet that are definites are Lightning Storm McQueen, Van, Stacy and Al Oft the Lightyear Blimp. I've seen pictures of the last three on cardbacks so they should be released some time soon. Lightning Storm McQueen (talk) 12:49, 5 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Name Change

Hello, Lightningleakless here! I've changed the name of the page from "Die-cast Pixar Cars" To "Disney/Pixar Cars Die-Cast" & The final name change for now was a great suggestion from user:Lightning Storm McQueen, & The new name is "Disney/Pixar Cars Die-Cast Line"! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lightningleakless (talkcontribs) 05:53, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

Hey Lightningleakless!

I've just changed the page name from 'Disney/Pixar Cars Die-Cast Line' to 'Disney Pixar Cars Die-Cast Line '. I did this just because it will be easier to find without the /.

Thanks! Lightning Storm McQueen (talk) 14:07, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Added: List Of Speedway Of The South set

I've JUST added a list of the cars in the speedway of the south set. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lightningleakless (talkcontribs) 07:38, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

  • I edited the Motor Speedway of the South set as well! After you got the information from the article on the Hot Wheels Red Line Club I edited the names because some of them were incorrect and the grammar wasn't very good ( I'm not talking about your grammar though Lightningleakless)! The person on the Hot Wheels Red Line Club that first wrote the advertising article did this though! Also, somebody edited the Motor Speedway of the South Set after me changing the correct race car names to the names given to the race cars off the Blu-Ray Car Finder! According to the history I was the last to edit that section and I did not change the names! But, thanks again Lightningleakless! Lightning Storm McQueen (talk) 18:45, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
  • Looks good! yeah, i got that list off the red line club page, i thought the grammer was bad too, but i added the list anyway, but thanks! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lightningleakless (talkcontribs) 06:23, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
