[edit] Rewrite the whole article
It's way too unencyclopedic. Also, this article contains too many incorrect facts. For example, the show did not run for five years. Correctist 21:58, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Page moves
I just moved The Really Short Report to Disney's Really Short Report. There was a non-trivial history already at Disney's Really Short Report, so I moved that to Really Short Report, in case anybody wants to look through it. Both The Really Short Report and Really Short Report redirect here, so everything should be copacetic now. -GTBacchus(talk) 08:20, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- Someone moved the article back to The Really Short Report, and I'm not sure why. Our relevant policy is Wikipedia:Naming conventions, so maybe someone can explain why one title is better than the other? -GTBacchus(talk) 20:42, 27 January 2007 (UTC)

- The correct title as it appears on screen and in Disney Channel promotion is Disney's Really Short Report. I've moved it again. Rhindle The Red 14:07, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Real Names
What are the kids' real names? I know Ginger Storm, Sonny Raines, & Flip Flopperstein can't be their real names.
- I'm sure that will become available down the road. I can't find the answer anywhere at this time. Rhindle The Red 00:01, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
These are the characters...
Jacob Hays ... Sunny Rains Everette Plen ... Flip Flopperstein Harlie Vaughn ... Ginger Storm

[edit] Cinderella III: A Twist in Time Sneak Peak Announcement
Well the fact that you claim that Cinderella III: A Twist in Time Sneak Peak Announcement (January 29, 2007) is just a commercial, the whole SHOW is a commercial! This is an episode with Ginger on the Set of Really Short Report, it talks about Cinderella III for 30secs, it had a first air date, thus should be an Episode, all the other resources on the internet seem to think it is, except you "Rhindle The Red", and who are you to claim otherwise anyways... do you work for Disney?
- And who are you? Register and log in if you have something to say. I'll leave it for the moment, but I doubt that the "announcement" will hold up to scrutiny. Anybody else (someone REGISTERED) want to voice an opinion on this? Rhindle The Red 21:30, 9 February 2007 (UTC)
- BTW, can you point to one of the resources you mention? If I'm wrong, I'll readily admit it. Rhindle The Red 21:34, 9 February 2007 (UTC)
- well I'm referring to http://www . tvrage . com/shows/id-15034/episode_list/1 --Chillexistence 22:55, 9 February 2007 (UTC)
- I'm not sure a place like that (where users enter all the data) is any more reliable than someone just posting it here. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if whoever added the titles to tvrage got them here. There are several reasons not to consider the announcement as an episode. First, its length. I know that the show itself is really short (ha!), but the announcement is still significantly shorter than a proper episode. Secondly, it only features the announcer and "Ginger". Third, it doesn't actually promote anything except an upcoming episode. Finally, the lack of a proper introduction and signoff is a final indiaction that the announcement is not an actual episode. Like I said, I'm not going to remove it again just yet, but I suspect when Disney launches a website for the show, this'll all be cleared up. Rhindle The Red 03:25, 10 February 2007 (UTC)

I've decided to go ahead and delete those extra episode listings. The "sneak peek" is questionable, since it doesn't follow the established format and the "announcement" is just clearly wrong. I wanted to keep a mention of the "sneak peek", though. The other "episodes" haven't aired yet, so there seems little reason to list them until they do. Rhindle The Red 00:30, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

- I'd like to point out that Chillexistence is editor of Really Short Report on TVRage. :)--theblueflamingoSquawk 20:47, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Flip Flopperstein
Is the kid that plays Flip the same kid that played the moustache'd child of that stern over-dramatic teacher on Phil of the Future?
no
[edit] Episode List
For all the episodes that havent premiered yet, there isnt any proof that theyre even being produced. There is no source so whoever added them needs to step up and back up his/her claims with sources. Snoborder93 03:03, 12 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Seasons
I am going to remove the "Season One" heading because a show like this isn't really separated by seasons and even if it is, we have no clue when the seasons start and end. So I think we should just have the years. If anyone opposes, we can discuss it and change it back (if necessary) but for now I think it is best to get rid of the Season title. Snoborder93 22:17, 31 August 2007 (UTC)Ginger Storm got really sick and was replaced!
[edit] Lauren Yee (Summer Sommers)
I'm taking it this Lauren Yee that is playing her is a younger one and (if she gets an article) it should have "child actor" or something added.
The reason is because I've heard of a reporter for WAVY-TV during the 1980s with the same name. WAVY 10 19:37, 4 September 2007 (UTC) Ginger Storm last apperance was on the popstra prfile and then mystriuosly appeared on October 12th 2007. Some think she was sick and then got better and some think that she is a ghost.

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Really Short Report.png
Image:Really Short Report.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
