NEVANDAR: Game reference materials call the world Nevandaar, but elsewhere it is called the Sacred Lands. Which is it? I am assuming that the Sacred Lands is the correct name, and that Nevandaar is either another term for the Sacred Lands, a race-specific term (most likely used by the Empire, as that is the main faction), or a term for a large area of the world (most likely the area ruled by the Empire, as they appear to be the largest nation).

The world is called 'The Sacred Lands', and the Empire is Nevendaar. I think the manual to the game is written from the Empire's point of view. That's to the best of my knowledge anyway. Dragonfly888 20:11, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
The original name for the world is Nevendaar, as called by its creator angel Bethrezen. I believe the 'Sacred Lands' is a human name for it (perhaps just for the lands of the Empire). ChronoLegion 7 August 2006

[edit] Stardock insert will be removed

Strategy First Inc. is both publisher and developer of Disciples II.

Stardock has produced Disciples II: Ultimate Edition (compilation and add-on).

I see no reason why "Stardock line of products" should be placed at the end of the article about a game developed and published initially by Strategy First.

Disciples II: Ultimate Edition surely deserves to be mentioned somewhere in the article. If you have any reliable info on this particular compilation please add. (Update: added their website to the list of external links)

[edit] Collector's Edition

The article states that the Gold edition contains several scenarios "not found in any other edition". Aren't these the same 'bonus' scenarios as are found on the Collector's Edition of Dark Prophecy? If so, the article needs correcting. If not, surely the Collector's Edition deserves a mention because of the (additional) bonus scenarios? Magnate 21:08, 24 August 2006 (UTC) Answered my own question: the Collector's Edition scenarios are included in the Gold edition. The Gold edition has 5 additional scenarios not found anywhere else. Splendid. Magnate 00:40, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Disciples II Dark Prophecy.jpg

Image:Disciples II Dark Prophecy.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
