Disney Special Editions

Disney Special Editions is a line of DVD releases, which are the United Kingdom equivalents to the Platinum Editions released in the United States. The UK Special Editions line also includes Disney films not issued as Platinum Editions, but still released in the US in named "special edition" packages (e.g. Robin Hood: Most Wanted Edition and Dumbo: Big Top Edition). However, the catalogue of UK Special Editions contains many more titles than the American Platinum Edition line, and does not have a determined annual release schedule.
All of the DVDs prior to Beauty and the Beast have had no slipcovers; most following films, however, do.
