Disney's Beach Club Villas is a Disney Vacation Club resort at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
It opened on July 1, 2002 and is the fourth Disney Vacation Club Resort operating at Walt Disney World. It sits on six acres of land and consists of 282 units.
The units are broken down into three groups: Studio rooms which are approximately 365 square feet (33 m²), one-bedroom villas which are approximately 726 square feet and two-bedroom villas which are approximately 1083 square feet (99 m²).
The studios have a kitchenette with a small sink, refrigerator and microwave oven.
The one and two bedroom villas have fully equipped kitchens with all utensils, pots, pans, etc. The master bathroom in the one and two bedroom units have an oversized whirpool tub. The two-bedroom villas can accommodate up to eight guests. Guests at the Villas have full use of all the amenities of the Beach Club and Yacht Club hotels, including all pools, spas, health club(s) and restaurants.

The Disney's Beach Club Villas is part of Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort, which feature four full-service restaurants, a poolside counter-service restaurant, and several bars and lounges throughout the resorts. Here are the four full-service restaurants:
Yachtsman Steakhouse A signature dining restaurant famous for its fine selection of steakhouse dishes. The restaurant features an open kitchen with a display of high-quality aged beef cooked on an oak-fired grill. The restaurant serves dinner only and reservations are strongly recommended. This restaurant is located at the Yacht Club Resort.
Cape May Cafe A casual and character dining restaurant famous for its Character Breakfast buffet and New England seafood dishes. The restaurant features a festive "clambake celebration" theming and hosts a popular Character Breakfast with Goofy and other famous Disney characters. Reservations are strongly recommended for the Character Breakfast. This restaurant is located at the Beach Club Resort.
Captain's Grille (was known as the Yacht Club Galley) A casual dining restaurant with an American breakfast buffet and A la Carte menu selection for lunch and dinner. The restaurant features similar nautical theming to that of the Yachtsman Steakhouse but in a much more casual atmosphere. This restaurant is located at the Yacht Club Resort.
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop A casual dining "diner-style" restaurant famous for its ice cream specialties and free refills. The restaurant features jukebox with catchy tunes and it's famous "Kitchen Sink Sundae" which contains scoops of every flavor of ice cream in a large kitchen sink. This restaurant is located at the Beach Club Resort
Rip Tide Lounge Surf into a foamy sea of tall, frosty specialty drinks and creative concoctions in this mellow hideaway. This restaurant is located at the Beach Club Resort
Martha's Vineyard lounge Coast into this relaxing lounge for its New England atmosphere and vast selection of wine flights. This restaurant is located at the Beach Club Resort
