"disillusion" is Sachi Tainaka's debut single and was released on February 22, 2006. The title track was used as the first opening theme for the Japanese animation Fate/stay night for episodes 1 through 14. The song is a rearrangement of the game's original opening theme named THIS ILLUSION.
