"Disappear" is the 4th single from Hoobastank's second major studio album The Reason. It was released as a single in early 2005 and it is the last single to be released from The Reason. "Disappear" reached number 24 on the Billboard Modern rock chart. The song also appeared on Now That's What I Call Music! 18.

The music video for the song switches between footage from live Hoobastank shows during their 2004 tour (supporting the release of The Reason), and footage of them performing the song in a courtyard. The video was directed by Marc Webb.

It is the last music video to feature bassist Markku Lappalainen as he left the band after Hoobastank's 2005 summer tour.
