Dirty Bird (football dance)

[edit] History

The Dirty Bird is a dance supposedly created by O.J. Santiago and popularized by Jamal Anderson of the Atlanta Falcons. The "dance" consists of flapping one's wings and making gyrations.

[edit] Steps

Begin with the right hand. it is pulled down from face level with the fist clinched and palm toward the face. this motion is repeated twice.
The second step involves the right fist still clinched, but the elbow is jutted out towards the side (with the forearm parallel to the ground).
Repeat steps one and two with the left hand.
Then, proceed to "flutter" the elbows like the wings of a chicken, and spin in a circle while doing so.
