Wikipedia practice is that entities are named after how they identify themselves, not how others identify them. That is why we call that self governing island off the coast of China as Republic of China, not Chinese Taipei or Taiwan. This has nothing to do with the human rights standing of the country or the legitimacy of the regime. For better or worse the junta is in charge and has renamed the country.
