Dion O'Cuinneagain (born 24 May 1972 in Cape Town, South Africa) is an Irish rugby player. He captained the South African Sevens side in Hong Kong in 1995. In 1997, he joined the Sale Sharks club in England before starring in Ireland A's win over England. He made his debut for Ireland against South Africa at Bloemfontein, where Ireland lost 13-37, on 13 June 1998. He made his final appearance for Ireland against Italy in Dublin, where Ireland won 60-13, on 4 March 2000.
