Dion (alternatively Adun or Capitolias) is the name of an ancient city, lying in Roman Palestine, which was a member of the Decapolis. The exact location of the city is still disputed, but is thought to be at the site of Beit Ras or Al Hisn, around the city of Irbid in Jordan [1].
