Diocese of Viborg

The Diocese of Viborg is a diocese within the Danish National Church, covering the western part of central Jutland. The diocese has the highest ratio of church members in Denmark, about 91 %. The current bishop is Karsten Nissen, known as moderately conservative. The central church is the Cathedral of Viborg.
