Dino Dilevski was born in the Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (in the present day Republic of Macedonia) and joined the NPSL II & MISL.
Delevski is noted for playing with the Wichita Wings of the NPSL II. During the 2000-2001 (final) season of the league, he made the National Conference team for the 2001 NPSL All-Star Game, held in Buffalo, New York (then home of the Buffalo Blizzard).
Delevski was taken by the Philadelphia KiXX in the dispersal draft when the Wichita and the NPSL II dibanded and formed the MISL II. He had stayed with the KiXX for the current 2007-2008 MISL II season with fellow Macedonian Sandre Naumoski, but then he would be traded to the Monterrey La Raza early in the season.
