Dingras is a 4th class municipality in the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 33,310 people in 6,921 households. Its current mayor is Marynette R. Gamboa.

On October 9, 2007, Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines eyed a "Guinness World Records" certificaton after baking a kilometer-long "bibingka" (native cake) made from 1,000 kilos of cassava and eaten by 1,000 residents.[1]
