Dinesh Singh was an Indian politician. He served as a Member of Parliament on several occasions and twice served as the foreign minister of India.

He was born to Raja Avadesh Singh of Kalakankar, an erstwhile Indian Princely State on 19 July 1925. He was educated at the prestgious The Doon School and later at the University of Lucknow.
