Fair Use Rationale: The book "Dimsie Moves Up," has been out of print for many years. The Dimsie series of books were some of the most popular children's books during the interwar years (1920-40). There are no public domain images available to illustrate both the book itself and the style of colour illustrations that were in vogue during that time.
