Dimitry Viktorovich Vassiliev (Russian Дмитрий Викторович Васильев) (born December 26, 1979 in Ufa) is an Russian ski jumper, best known internationally as Dimitry Vassiliev, who has been competing since 1999. His best finish at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships was fifth in the team normal hill at the 2005 championships in Oberstdorf while his best individual finish was seventh in the individual large hill at the 2007 championships in Sapporo.
At the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Vassiliev earned a best overall finish of eighth in the team large hill and a best individual finish of tenth in the individual normal hill.
He finished seventh in the Ski-flying World Championships in the team event both in 2004 and 2006.
Vassiliev best individual World Cup finish was second in an individual large hill in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in 2001.
