Dimitris Papadopoulos (Greek: Δημήτρης Παπαδόπουλος; born 15 August 1966 in Greece) known as The Doctor, is a retired Greek professional basketball player. He played for Iraklis BC. Dimitris Papadopoulos and Lefteris Kakiousis were the key players of the team.

He was a Greek Cup finalist in 1994. Papadopoulos is the 2nd scorer, the 1st rebounder, the 1st in 3 points and the 3rd player in participations in Iraklis BC history. [1] He also played for AEK Athens BC. He was a member of the Greek National Squad that won the silver medal at the Eurobasket 1989. He also won the 6th place in the 1990 FIBA World Championship.
