Dimension Data Pro-Am
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Dimension Data Pro-Am is one of the principal annual golf tournaments on the Southern African Sunshine Tour. It is played at Sun City and in 2007 it had a prize fund of 1.6 million South African rand. According to the official site it was first played in 1994 but the 2006 event was the eleventh, which implies that two years were skipped. In 1996 and 1997 it was co-sanctioned by the European Tour and had enhanced prize money and fields. In those two years it was won by one time World Number 1 Nick Price and top European Tour player Mark McNulty.
