Dikmen is a town and district of Sinop Province in the Black Sea region of Turkey.
It became both municipality and district in 1990. It is 37 km to the center of the city.
Since it is a newly established district, there are almost no cultural works in Dikmen. But it has excursion places of natural beauty.
