Dikaia or Dikea (Greek: Δίκαια) also with an i or an e accented is a village in the northwestern part of the Evros Prefecture in Greece located west of Turkey and Edirne, southeast of Ormenio and Svilengrad, Bulgaria, north of Alexandroupoli and east of Kurdzhali, Bulgaria, Athens, the Greek capital is nearly 1,100 km northeast. Plati is linked with the road connecting GR-51/E85 (Alexandroupoli - Soufli - Orestiada - Ormenio) and a road to Pentalofos and Komara. Dikea is the seat of the municipality of Trigono. Its 2001 population was 797 for the village and 1,177 for the municipal district. Dikaia is located about 1km south of the Evros river and is mainly flat. Across the river is Bulgaria. Pentalofos is the one of the northernmost places in Greece.

After World War II and the Greek Civil War, many of its buildings were rebuilt. Electricity and automobiles arrived in the 1960s, it was linked with pavement in the late-20th century, television arrived in the 1980s. Internet and computers arrived in the late-1990s. The village's population lost by over half between 1981 and 2001.

Dikaia has a school, a lyceum (middle school), a gymnasium (secondary school), church, banks, a post office, and a square (plateia). Its nearest hospital is in Alexandroupoli and its university is in Komotini known as the University of Thrace. Dikaia offers panoramic views of the mountains to the west and mountains in Bulgaria to the northwest. THE
CHRISTIAN NAME `DIKAIA´
The adjective Dikaia is also given as a Christian name to the females of the island of Symi in the Dodekannese. The name is also frequent in the island of Rhodes only because many inhabitants of Symi have moved to the capital of the Dodekannese. The male name Dikaios is not common at all in this area, but it is a rather common local name in the area of Peloponnese (see also Dikaios Karaiskakis)
