[edit] License tagging for Image:TDkgjbandsaxaboom.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:TDkgjbandsaxaboom.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] Template:Tenacious D
I noticed that you removed my addition of Lee from the Tenacious D template. Why? I put it back and stated my reasoning on the talk page. Milchama 16:58, 19 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Master Exploder
To be honest, I don't think there is enough content to add to what was already there. I am, however, interested in working on new D article, like The Hell O'Clock News. Milchama 15:09, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Tenacious D's 2006-07 Tour
[edit] Please do not remove
Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with Tenacious D's 2006-07 Tour. The notices and comments are needed to establish community consensus about the status of an article, and removing them is considered vandalism. If you oppose the deletion of an article, you may comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. -- Whpq 17:12, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
- I apologize if you feel that you have been insulted. The message above is simply a standard template message used to notify you of an action that is incorrect, and could be considered vandalism. I did not call you a vandal. But the removal of and AFD notice is not correct and could be interpreted as vandalism. I encourage you to read about the process for Article for Deletion, as it explains how the discussion and handling of the deletion nomination works. In particular, an AFD is not a vote, but a discussion of a position supported by wikipedia policy and guidelines. After 5 days, an administrator will review the discussion and determine the dispostion of the article. The administrator will close the discussion with his or her decision, and take care of the AFD tag, and article accordingly. I hope this helps. Regards. -- Whpq 17:35, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] An Automated Message from HagermanBot
Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! HagermanBot 17:38, 22 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Tenacious D-stub
Hi - a stub type you created has been listed for deletion at WP:SFD. All new stub tyopes should be proposed prior to creation for debate at WP:WSS/P - that way, it ensures that any new creation conforms to the stub hierarchy and standards so that, for example, it is clear there are 60 existing stubs on a subject, that music is split by genre and type of medium rather than by artist, that stub template names conform to the naming guidelines (with no spaces), that there is a specific need for a split of current stub categories, and the like. Please, in future, if you wish to create a stub type, propose it first! Grutness...wha? 01:48, 29 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:TenaciousD POD.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:TenaciousD POD.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Death_of_a_Dream.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Death_of_a_Dream.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:The Greatest Song in the World.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:The Greatest Song in the World.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Undeath (talk) 11:58, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
