[edit] Method Man & Redman
Don't refer to good-faith edits as vandalism; this can lead to your being blocked for incivility.
Wikipedia has standard formats for articles of certain types. The information that you're adding belongs in separate articles for the recordings, not in a discography in an article on the performers. --Mel Etitis (Talk) 08:39, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
- Popular music is fiull of extremely poor articles, added and maintained by people who have no knowledge of or interestin Wikipedia's standard, guidelines, and policies. That isn't a reason for not cleaning up some of them. That the editors who are trying to do so, including me, aren't able to do them all at once, is true, but again not a reason for us not doing what we can. --Mel Etitis (Talk) 21:37, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] License tagging for Image:Gillafront.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Gillafront.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 08:08, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Your message
I changed the format so that it fitted with the WikiProject and the Manual of Style. I removed the images because they're copyright violations (fair use doesn't extend to use in discographies like this). --Mel Etitis (Talk) 23:26, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
