Re: Ta

No problem; it was fortunate that I'd forgotten to untick the "watch page" box the last time I left you a comment. Though I dare say someone else would have done the job if it'd been left much longer. Best regards, Liquidfinale 12:45, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Chaser

Hey. Just to let you know, The Chasers are not copyrighted. They have said in their shows that they are happy to have their content on youtube or any other site. If you don't believe me, look up the story about the teenage who got all the chaser content removed from youtube and how the ABC and The Chaser requested it to be re uploaded. Thank you for your time. Cyas. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Astekcbe (talkcontribs) 12:39, 13 September 2007

Re:Kunkanti

I thought about speedying it, but I wasn't satisfied with any of the criteria. They really do need one for obvious hoaxes! Feel free to go ahead and tag it as A1; it will probably be deleted. Regards, ... discospinster talk 22:39, 16 September 2007 (UTC)

Can you check its fair use

Can you check the fair use on the image I uploaded, I changed it so it has it for both, so please--Kingdom of crash and spyro 15:56, 17 September 2007 (UTC).

Look, there's no point in asking him to check. The picture can NOT be used for all sorts of reasons, so just drop it. That picture will never be able to be used, no matter what you do to it. CBFan 16:39, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Freema Agyeman

Hallo, i just wanted to ask: is it standard policy to only mention "easily sourced" roles? Isn't it a positive thing to mention stuff on here that might be overlooked on IMDb/ potted biogs people might've read elsewhere? What if the stuff that's difficult to source is sourced? Warnings

Hello Digby Tantrum, I've noticed that you haven't been warning the IP adresses that have placed vandalism on the pages you've reverted (such as Eragon). I suggest you do so, as it helps wikipedia block vandals. If I've made a mistake, or you have a comment you can tell me on my talk page.--Sunny910910 (talk|Contributions)Neither will alone, nor strength alone 23:27, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Reply re: Castellan article

I beg your pardon, but you have completely missed my point: The article referred to is in need of a major rewrite as its author appeared to be aware of only the use of the position Castellan in two 5th Doctor-era stories, Arc of Infinity and The Five Doctors, and not two 4th Doctor serials, The Deadly Assassin and The Invasion of Time, wherein, as I recall, the position was held by two other Time Lords played by two other actors (he might have regenerated in the interim, but he is killed in the second story; I haven't seen Invasion in years, and therefore don't have enough of a grip on its details to do the job right myself, hence my posting a request for a volunteer; I have altered the headline of my Who:Talk posting to make this need clear at first glance). Furthermore, he also seems unaware that it is a job title, not a character name. I see that Wolf of Fenric undid your redirect, and I do not blame him, as I have no objection to an accurate article on the topic. It also, again, missed the point that the Castellan had appeared earlier. I feel, however, that given the fact that I was making a request that someone knowledgeable on that era of Doctor Who add a great deal of omitted info to---and completely rewrite the lead of---the article, posting on the series' own talk page was far more likely to bring it to the attention of the required sort of person in a very short amount of time than on a wider ranging page as you recommended. If something quite analogous to this situation occurs in the future, I'll have to handle it the same way. Sorry, but I see this as in the best interests of the encyclopedia. Ted Watson 19:41, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

Just read your reply to the above. Given that a search would trigger your redirect instead of bringing up the now-nonexistent article, said redirect should deal with the position in general, not just the last holder depicted as was the focus, whether intentional or out of ignorance (in the strict dictionary definition of the word), of that deleted essay. He put it right back up, BTW. That aside, does it not qualifying to exist anyway mean that my expressed concern about the existence of the article on Dwan, the Ann Darrow equivalent in the first King Kong remake, is well taken, and that little near-nothing stub should be deleted? I guess that was the sort of thing that should have been posted where you recommended. Ted Watson 20:40, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

Reply to my question about the Dwan article, rhetorical really, received and noted. Thank you. Ted Watson 21:34, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

Oh I see, thanks for clearing that up (and by the way, good job on the vandalism removal).--Sunny910910 (talk|Contributions)Neither will alone, nor strength alone 23:09, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

Compact Disc logos

Why are you being so nasty about this, continuing to swing your axe just as fast as you can, causing me considerable extra work and inconvenience, even though: (a) you know I have a substantial edit in progress to incorporate them; (b) I've politely asked you not to; (c) I've explained in detail how and why they don't violate policy with no substantive response from you; and (d) what you're doing is contrary to WP:DR -- do you just enjoy hassling people that are trying to contribute? Surely you have better things to do with your time. (I know I do.) Again, please show some courtesy and restraint. Thank you. --John Navas 19:44, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

Just wondering...

...what do you mean by dubious, in this edit.--Sunny910910 (talk|Contributions)Neither will alone, nor strength alone 00:42, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

I appreciate all the support and constructive criticism offered in my RfA. Please do not hesitate to point out any errors I will make (unintentionally of course), so I won't make them again. Doctor Who story chronology

VitasV is still up to his arrogance on the above page, and claims in the comics section that the comics actually fit. I would appreciate your input on that section, as you previously stated the opposite. StuartDD contributions 10:42, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

I had a chat with another user, and we're trying to give VitasV a warning that his behaviour is not acceptable. This is what we have so far
Dear VitasV

Thanks for your input here - although regrettably, both I (Wiggstar69) and Stuart DD feel you do not take into acount any other opinion then your own and seem quite agressive in your approach when talking to other users; see

You have even started attacking other users 1,2

I hope we can come to an agreement, before you find yourself being reported.

Would you like to add your name to the list of users above, or add anything to this note?

What are you doing??? A new user removed the Kylie and David image from Voyage of the Damned, which I reverted. Did I miss something? EdokterTalk 00:31, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
