Digital dictation software
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Digital dictation software comes in a number of forms. It can be a standalone product or part of a proprietary workflow system.
Platforms for digital dictation software include Microsoft Windows, Macintosh, Linux, Pocket PC and Palm Pilots.
Recordings can be made over the telephone, on a computer or via a hand held dictation device that is "docked" to a computer (such as a Philips SpeechMike).
