The Digital Alliance Foundation is a non-profit charitable foundation with a charter to provide capacity-building vocational IT/ICT skill to marginalized populations, in-country aide organizations, NGO's and governmental agencies through partnerships with the private and public sectors.

In collaboration with the private sector, civil society, governmental agencies, NGO’s and multi-governmental agencies, Digital Alliance attempts to create a regionalized, global educational program to enable the transfer of technical knowledge, vocational skills, capacity building and infrastructure reinforcement. This is intended to transform lives, and communities, creating the opportunity for meaningful development and sustainable economic advantages for the target populations.

The Digital Alliance is directed by ICT industry veterans from the private and public sectorsMore. “In particular, Quinn Sutton has been an active player in the IT Education arena for over 15 years.”

The Digital Alliance works with organizations as well as volunteers with subject matter expertise. It relies on a volunteer Advisory Council to help set strategic direction, align and refine objectives.

Digital Alliance is a member of the UN Global Alliance for ICT and Development (GAID) High-level Panel of Advisors.[citation needed]
