Dietrich I von Wettin

Deitrich I von Wettin, Count in the Hessegau, was born circa 905 and died circa 970[1]. He was killed in battle against the Magyars. He was the son of Ditmar (Dedi) von Wettin and Willa von Raveningen, husband of Jutta von Merseburg and father of Dedo I von Wettin[2].
Dietrich is a direct ancestor of Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom, King Albert II of Belgium (paternal line only) and possibly George Washington[3].
