Diego Cocca (born February 12, 1972 in Buenos Aires) is a former Argentine footballer. He played professional football for a number of clubs in Argentina, Spain and Mexico.

Cocca started his career with River Plate in 1990, he was part of the squad that won the Apertura 1991 title.

In 1991 Cocca was selected to join the Argentina Under-20 team to play in the 1991 FIFA World Youth Championship.

Cocca then had spells with Deportivo Español and Ferro Carril Oeste in the Argentine Primera before joining Lleida in Spain for the 1996-1997 season.

Cocca returned to Argentina in 1997 to play for Argentinos Juniors. In 1999 he went to Mexico to play for Atlas.

In his later career he had two spells with Club Atlético Banfield and played for Veracruz and Querétaro in Mexico before returning to Argentinos Juniors in 2005, he retired in 2006 at the age of 34.

Cocco took his first step into management by taking over as the manager of Comisión de Actividades Infantiles in the Argentine national 2nd division.
