Diego Camacho (born October 3, 1976 in Madrid) is an Spanish professional football player, who plays for Spanish club side Real Valladolid. He is a defensive midfielder.

Camacho has played for several Spanish minor teams such as CD Lugo, Gimnástica de Torrelavega and others. In 2002-2003, Recreativo signed him from Segunda División B Granada CF. He played two years there (the second one in Segunda División) before signing for newly promoted Levante UD

Diego Camacho was relegated to Segunda División in his first season with Levante, but in the second one they gained again promotion to Primera División. They avoided relegation in 2007, but after the season Camacho left the club and joined newly promoted Real Valladolid.
