Didier Cuche (born 16 August 1974 in Le Pâquier, Neuchâtel) is a Swiss alpine skier. He is generally seen as a specialist in the high speed disciplines like the Downhill and Super-G.

At the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, he won the Silver medal in Super-G, where he had the exact same time as Hans Knauss resulting in a rare sharing of the medal.

He won 8 World Cup races. In the 2006-2007 season Cuche has been in good form winning the Downhill's World Cup title, and had four podium finishes, all second places. In the Bormio Downhill on December 28, 2006 he finished second, 0.01 seconds behind winner Michael Walchhofer, the smallest measurable amount in professional skiing. [1]

Cuche won the men's World Cup downhill 2007-2008 season title with 584 points, just five ahead of Bode Miller, the second of his career after 2007. He nearly won the Super-G World Cup finishing second for just 1 point behind Hannes Reichelt and finished third in the Overall standings. [2]
