Dick Franks

Sir Arthur Temple (Dick) Franks KCMG (born 13 July 1920) was Head of the Secret Intelligence Service from 1979 - 1982.
Franks was educated at Rugby School and Queen's College, Oxford. He entered the British forces in 1940.
