Diane Hamby is a congressional candidate, has served in county wide political office, and has started and merged two public charter schools. She also serves as chair of the public charter school board and has done so for 10 years. Her primary opposition who has never held a public office has a page, so I am not sure why Diane's page doesnt meet the criteria but his does. Hardms3 (talk) 16:01, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
