[edit] Who? What? Why? When? Where?

The article needs work, which I hope my edits will promote. I'm not asking for agreement (please improve!), but I hope the article can be steered to more fully answer the age-old questions posed in this heading. The previous version needed to cover the subject, and not be used to promote personal viewpoints. What did the religion (atheist) of someone in opposition to the Dialog Center have to do with anything? COG issues are laboriously covered elsewhere. Include ... if relevant, this (proposed) focus: "What is the Dialog Center, and what does it do?" Include more information on the founder and the "new management".
