Diastatomma bicolor is a species of dragonfly in family Gomphidae. It is found in Angola, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea, Togo, Uganda, and Zambia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rivers.
