Dianne Joy Guise (born October 29, 1947) in Melbourne, Victoria is an Australian politician. She has been an ALP member of the Western Australian Legislative Assembly since February 2001, representing the electorate of Wanneroo.[1] Guise was formerly the President of the WA Council of State School Organisations.[2]
Defeating the sitting member of Wanneroo in the 2001 election, Iain MacLean, Guise was appointed as the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly and the Chairman of Committees.
In the 2005 election, Guise beat Liberal contender Paul Miles with a swing, after preferences, of 3.8%.[3]
