Diana Dey (born Diana Anastasia de Ramon on June 1, 1985 formerly known as Sivyla[1] is a soprano singer from Valencia, Spain and currently lives in Maida Vale, London.
She began her music career in 2001 with the help of vocal coach Jose Maño[2] and shortly afterwards collaborated in record "Jazzin' Reggae" with producer Alberto Tarín[3]
Earning top grades in Art, History and Art History she would be accepted into a Communication Studies Degree in 2003 at Universidad de Valencia.
In 2004 she joined model agency Carmen Duranwhere she got work as a model/actress in various TV commercials including a Japanese ad featuring actress Zhang Ziyi and a short role offered next to actress Mena Suvari. She was discovered by German production company NHB Studios based in Hamburg in 2005 with whom she signed a development deal under the supervision of Universal Music. That Summer she was invited to fly to Madrid and modelled for a two-page coverage in Spanish newspaper El País, and interview in Canal+ french cable network credited as an emerging singer.
She completed the recording and shooting of a commercial and music video for national TV in March 2008 for Real Estate agency Armiñana promoting new developments (Las Provincias: Armiñana apuesta por los minipisos).
